Bolognese
Hailing from the capital of Emilia Romagna region, this rich meat sauce is made in-house from fresh ground beef, garlic and herbs. Spaghetti is the preferred pasta, but penne is also available
Caprese
Fire roasted cherry tomatoes, ground black pepper, fresh basil and fior di latte cheese, combined with our garlic infused extra virgin olive oil. Topped with grated pecorino romano cheese.
Carbonara
Pancetta, egg yolks, freshly ground black pepper & pecorino romano cheese combine for this Roman favourite (BTW – there’s no cream in this baby!)
Chicken Caccitore
Whole roasted chicken, simmered in our pomodoro sauce, with peppers & onions, served over penne pasta.
Italian Sausage & Peppers Penne
Fennel & garlic laced sausage, onions, bell peppers, in our pomodoro sauce, served over penne.
Pomodoro
The simple classic - bright, fresh plum tomato sauce, with hints of basil and garlic... Choose either spaghetti or penne. Topped with grated pecorino romano cheese
